MATH HANDS-ON ACTIVITY | BOOKMARK OR MATHEMATICAL TERMS ACTIVITY

Maths can be made exciting and fun for the students by engaging them in some fun hands-on activities. Like — “Bookmark-creating activity”.

The students can create their own version of the same. Here I have made the bookmark of synonyms used for Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division.

The children can create a rectangular shape bookmark that can be decorated as per their wish. They can write all the synonyms or the mathematical terms that are related to the particular sign. Like -

Addition- sum, together, add, more, increase, etc

Subtraction — minus, subtract, fewer, take away, less, etc

Multiplication — product, times, groups of, repeater addition, factors, etc

Division — share, split, divide, group, equal parts, quotient, etc
